Kuwait-headquartered international construction consultancy SSH has been appointed lead design consultant for a twin-tower mixed-use residential scheme in Islamabad. The construction consultancy said Aurum One will be developed within the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) masterplan and offer luxury real estate facilities in Islamabad. The residential, retail, and entertainment development will be located near Islamabad’s Giga Mall on the G.T Road.

According to the corporation, it will be its “first signature residential development” in Pakistan. The towers, known as “Aurum One,” would be situated next to Islamabad’s Giga Mall on G.T Road.
